Nauryz festival to run at Chinggis Square

Nauryz, a Kazakh traditional spring festival o, will be held at the Chinggis Square today, March 21.
The Bayan-Ulgii Province Council in Ulaanbaatar, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Ulaanbaatar City Governor’s Office decided to celebrate this festival with a series of cultural activities promoting Kazakh traditions, customs and arts.
Within the festival, Kazakh artist brothers J.Oilan and J.Tolgan will display their exhibition at the Chinggis Square.
Furthermore, a wrestling tournament for 120 young wrestlers will be held today at the Mongolian Wrestling Palace.
