M.Urantsetseg wins bronze at Judo Grand Prix

World Judo Championship and International Sports Master M.Urantsetseg won bronze medal in the women’s 48 kg from the Judo Grand Prix which was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on November 23 and 24.

A total of 236 judokas representing 35 nations have competed in 14 categories in this year’s tournament.

The Mongolian team includes eight wrestlers who have previously competed in the Judo Grand Prix, namely, International Sports Master D.Amartuvshin who competed in the men’s 60 kg, D.Altansukh and B.Batgerel in the men’s 66 kg, World Judo Champion and International Sports Master M.Urantsetseg in the women’s 48 kg, State Honored Athlete M.Bundmaa in the women’s 52 kg, B.Mungunchimeg and Ts.Tserennadmid in the women’s 63 kg, and O.Javzmaa in the women’s +78 kg.
