Mongolians to participate in Asian Women’s Volleyball Championshipp

The Mongolian national women’s volleyball team will compete in the 2013 Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship. The event, which will run from September 13 to 21 in Bangkok, Thailand, is expected to gather national teams of 16 Asian countries including Australia.

The Mongolian national team has been seeded in the “A” pool together with Thailand, Kazakhstan, and Australia. They will face the latter on September 13, Kazakhstan on the 14th, and Thailand on the 15th.

The team is coached by the Korean Chon Yung-ha and Mongolians B.Kherlen and G.Bayarsaikhan. The team consists of 20 people with 16 of them as volleyball players, these three coaches, and one translator.
