Universiade Sports Festival concludes

The National Institute of Physical Education was ranked first place at the 3rd Mongolian University Sports Festival, more popularly known as the Universiade Sports Festival, after the overall results were announced on Monday in its closing ceremony.
The first five ranking universities are as follows:
1. National Institute of Physical Education
2. Mongolian University of Science and Technology
3. State Educational University
4. Mongolian Defense University
5. “Mon-Altius,” Physical Education and Sports University
Over 30,000 student athletes from all regions of the country; the capital city, western, eastern, southern, and northern regions; have competed in 15 sports disciplines throughout half the year since last October. The final competitions attracted 2,276 athletes from 62 universities and colleges, 176 coaches and trainers, as well as 263 judges and referees.
