Branches of ‘Minii Delguur’ closed for violations

The Agency for Fair Competition and Consumer Rights (AFCCR) conducted inspections on supermarkets and stores belonging to the Songinokhairkhan chain this week and detected several violations, resulting in the temporary closure of three “Minii Delguur” supermarkets. Songinokhairkhan was fined an amount equal to 40 times the minimum monthly wage.
The three supermarkets closed down were numbers 102, 105, and 124. The AFCCR found the supermarkets had been selling damaged products, items with an expired storage life, and items without a state inspector’s assessment and indication of origin. Other violations included lack of occupational and fire safety systems, poor technical and hygiene conditions, and below standard storage and air conditioning systems.
