Parliament appoints new ambassadors

The plenary session meeting of the Parliament brought into the discussion the issue of dismissing the ambassadors and appointed new ambassadors to foreign countries.
The names of the new ambassadors were proposed by the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj and his proposal was submitted to the Parliament.
Accordingly Sh.Altangerel was approved as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Russia, N.Tulga as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,Z.Altai as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Sweden, N.Dugerjav as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bulgaria, and D.Zumberellkham was appointed as Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Czech Republic.
Due to the new appointments, the current ambassadors from; Mongolia to Russia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Kingdom of Sweden, Bulgaria and Czech Republic have been recalled.
