D.Altankhuyag directed “The Nutcracker” last year. A total of 180 children aged eight to 12 that were studying ballet and dance participated in last year’s performance.
This year, over 200 children will participate in “The Nutcracker” and they started rehearsals this week.
The Mongolian Ballet Development Fund sent invitations to 10 children with cerebral palsy to watch “The Nutcracker”.
The income from the ballet will be used for purchasing a spider cage, which is a belt that can support movement of children with cerebral palsy.
