E.Davaakhuu sets new state record


The State Shooting Championship was held in Darkhan-Uul Province from June 20 to 23.
On Day 3 of the tournament, shooter of Aldar Sports Committee and International Sports Master E.Davaakhuu, who competed in the men’s category, won a gold medal after scoring 585 points, breaking the national record.
E.Davaakhuu was followed by E.Badamgarav of Khuch Sports Committee and B.Gantsooj of Aldar Sports Committee.
A total of 150 shooters from 15 organizations participated in this year’s championship.
International Sports Master E.Davaakhuu seized two bronze medals at the World University Shooting Championship in 2014.
